2012 GUI Draws (Draft)

The GUI have released the draft draws for the 2012 season and we have been drawn at:

Belfast & District
Second round against either Ballymena or Rockmount
Home and away matches to be played by 11th June

Fred Daly Trophy
First Round against Lurgan
Home and away matches to be played by 7th May

Junior Cup
Qualifying at Carrick on 27th May

Irish Mixed Foursomes
Qualifying at Massereene on 10th June

Jimmy Bruen
Qualifying at Galgorm on 6th May

Pierce Purcell
Qualifying at Whitehead on 13th May

Ulster Cup
Second Round against Whitehead
Home and away matches to be played by 30th May

Ulster 4Ball
First Round against Ballycastle
Home and away matches to be played by 30th April

Winter Handicaps

CONGU rules state that handicaps cannot be adjusted if playing a shortened course and/or lifting and dropping the ball in the rough.

As we adjust handicaps to the keep the Winter Competition competitive, these adjustments cannot appear on a members handicap record. So from Saturday 29th October 2011 until the end of the winter league all scores returned will not be uploaded to Golfnet.

At the end of the Winter League all handicaps will revert back to as they were at the end of the summer.
