Charity Golf Challenge - Friday 22 June 2012

I just wanted to let you know the Four Course Classic golf challenge event has launched for 2012!

Chip in, challenge yourself and change lives….

Signing up for the Four Course Classic couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is visit our site – www.fourcourseclassic.co.uk,choose which event you would like to participate in and then sign up for just £50 per team for a limited time only, instead of  the usual fee of £100 per team. This year’s fundraising pledge is once again £250 per golfer/£1000 per team, sponsorship which all goes to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. The promotional code you need to use for your discounted sign up fee is Albatross.

The registration fee includes:

-Four complimentary rounds of golf

-A branded polo shirt

-A comprehensive fundraising and preparation pack.

After three fantastic years the Four Course Classic has gone from strength to strength, and in 2012 it’s going to be even bigger. Sign up now and take advantage of our early bird registration fee offer and start fundraising today!  We hope that the 2012 Four Course Classic willbe the best event yet and raise even more vital funds towards our fight against muscle disease.

Bunkers at 6th & 8th Greens

The Match & Handicap Committee have decided that the following bunkers will be deemed GUR until further notice:

The right hand bunker at the back of the 6th green
The back left hand bunker at the side of the 8th green

Members can take a free drop not nearer the hole keeping the point where the ball was between the hole and where the ball is being dropped.

2012 AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Greenacres (Men's) Golf Club will be held in the Golf Centre on Tuesday 20th March 2012 at 7:30 pm.

Winter Social

All members are invited to the Winter League Social on Friday 13th April in Barnaby's. (7:30pm for 8:00pm)

Buffet and entertainment all for only £5.

Final numbers need confirmed by Wednesday 4th April 2012.

Interested:
Place £5 into an envelope, write your name & Winter Social on the outside and place into the Captains pigeon hole in the members room.

Electronic Start Sheet

The start sheet for the first summer competition of 2012 has now been published on-line and can also be accessed via the touch screen in the members room.

Members:

• If you haven't used the system before please use the test start sheet that has been set-up as a trail before making a change to the actual competition.

• Tee Times are still subject to daylight hours, and may change nearer the time.

• This is not the finalised start sheet for 2012
